I don't know very many of the people here, and what I would really like would be to see a posting here somewhere of who you are, if you're a Broker, Carrier, Carrier/Broker, Leased O/O, Driver, Innocent Bystander or what. That would sure help me (and maybe others) learn who's who and get some networking going....

Sounds good to me 1. Reefer Carrier, run NC to Fl mostly (Maybe after you get a list started, you can 'clean it up' some, and we can find a title and a home for it, easy to find?)

Karen / Carrier
Run 53' vans with straps and load bars. Licensed for 48 states, just won't do California anymore. Won't take the chance since they are so broke. It is too easy for California to fabricate something.
3 trucks and 7 trailers

I guess not too many people want others to know who they are ! I changed mine right after you suggested it. Good Idea Blair ( at least I liked it )

Blair, that was a great idea! It gave me an idea, that might help people match up freight. Tell me what you think, gang. I winder how much can be written with your name? Perhaps after name, or under name, post some sort of abbreviations that everyone will understand. Say the same across the board, for people like me that has trouble keeping things things straight:( The more orderly, the easier it will be for all of us to begin to recognize who is what lanes are preferable, and where home is. Or however you want to do it. Say Blair, out of Ca is a broker and moves produce, several points. Even though he moves Ca produce, he may also move out of Md Va NC Ga Fl La NJ NY This is one way it could look: Blair California Produce BrokerCA to OR NC GA Fl NY NJ NY to MD VA PA CA NC ReefersProduce, Refrigerated, Dry Goods NC to GA, FL MD to VA, NC, GA, FL Georgia: Kelly Spouse/Son Company Drivers Ga Fl Ms Ga TX Lea Wisconsin Dispatcher Flatbed, Goose neckWI to: and so on. What do you think?

Hello guys! I'm giowoh. Carrier and Broker (kinda! lol). We are out of Ohio and run to all 48 and Ontario Canada. Mostly Flats but we do have conestogas, some vans and steps as well.
The broker side... well I've taken some classes and I'm getting our old brokerage re-vamped as no one as touched it in a decade. I'm a newbie just kinda trying to get this thing woke back up!

Doin' great! Still have a little bit of healing to do but I've really come along amazingly! You guys and your prayers are AMAZING!! Yeah- the brokerage thing is kinda my 'baby' but it keeps getting put on the back burner due to other things around here needing accomplished!
Hope your doing well!

Welcome, batacosa, hope you like this forum! Hey Giowah, how did you slip in here on me? Haha, glad to see you! You sound great! I saw you describing how to make those cookies on the peanut Butter Pie recipe, OMG! That pie is to die for! I'm thinking so strongly about making some of those cookies this morning, since I have a box cake. Good to see you! ;D

this is my first time in the gripes section. i just picked the most burning thread to ask why you can't have the alternative load boards on the front page? this site seems to navigate a wee bit slow on my lap top.
